  • Can differentiated combinations be offered for different room types or guest groups?

    Yes. We can provide standard sets for economy rooms, premium soft-bristle brushes with ergonomic handles for executive rooms, colorful or cartoon designs for family rooms, and gift-box packaging for suites.
  • What quality control measures are in place during production?

    iHotel implements full-process quality control, including raw material inspection upon receipt, in-line sampling checks during production, and final inspection before shipment, ensuring each batch meets the required standards.
  • What packaging options are available for hotel toothbrushes, and how do you ensure hygiene and brand presentation?

    We offer common packaging options such as transparent PE bags and paper bags. All meet hygiene standards and feature sealed designs to prevent moisture and dust. logo and brand elements can be printed to achieve visual consistency, while also balancing cost and environmental consideration
  • What specifications and materials are available for hotel toothbrushes, and is customization available according to hotel positioning?

    iHotel offers a range of hotel toothbrush specifications from economy to premium, including soft and medium bristles, and handle materials such as PLA, bamboo fiber, and wheat straw. Customization is available for bristle hardness, brush head shape, handle color, and logo printing to meet the needs of economy, business, and luxury hotels.
  • What certifications and quality assurances does your factory have?

    iHotel holds key international certifications, including ISO9001, EMS, GMP/ISO22716, and Halal. Our products come with MSDS, REACH, CPSR/CPNP, and PLA biodegradability reports. We can also provide FDA registration, COC, and FSC Free Sales Certificates, ensuring product safety, consistent quality, and smooth export.
  • How can I get some samples?

    1.We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost, the samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
    2.Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.

     
  • Are you a factory? Where are you located and how can I visit?

     iHotel is a factory with an export license. We are located in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China, about 4 hours by car from Shanghai. We sincerely welcome all clients from home and abroad to visit and tour iHotel.
  • What is the process and lead time for custom orders?

    The custom process starts with confirming your requirements, including design, materials, and logo. We then provide a sample within 35 days for your approval. After sample confirmation, bulk production usually takes 1520 working days. The key to the process is sample approval, ensuring the final product meets your expectations.
  • How should hotels choose slippers for different tiers?

    Choosing hotel slippers requires balancing cost, comfort, and safety. Economy hotels typically prioritize cost and often use non-woven or brushed fabric slippers with soles about 35 mm thick. Mid-range hotels focus more on comfort, using softer fabrics like terry cloth or microfiber, with soles around 46 mm, and its recommended to provide a few larger sizes. Luxury hotels pursue the ultimate experience, favoring premium fabrics such as waffle weave or cut-pile, with soles often over 6 mm, and may offer differentiated styles or anti-slip bathroom slippers. Regardless of tier, slip-resistant soles are essential, and material choice should consider seasonal needs.
  • How can I verify the actual quality of the hotel slippers?

    You can check the quality using a few simple methods: feel the fabric for texture and thickness, fold the sole to test rebound and check for cracks, press the center of the sole to assess firmness, and inspect the stitching for evenness.iHotel is happy to provide samples for you to test and compare.
