The bottles’ pressure resistance and durability depend on their material, structure, and the neck-and-cap sealing design. Before shipment, they undergo static, compression, drop, and pressure tests. When produced and packaged according to standard procedures, bottles are generally safe for transport and use, though actual performance may vary with handling, storage, or transport conditions.

Small-batch trial orders are supported, usually 3,000–5,000 units. Bulk production typically takes 20–25 working days, with expedited options available for urgent requests.

Bottle capacities can be customized from 15ml to 500ml, covering standard sizes. iHotel can also provide large-capacity options up to 5L.

Custom bottle designs are supported. Body molds typically cost a few hundred USD with a lead time of 3–4 weeks, while cap molds are more complex with higher costs and a 4–6 week lead time. Final pricing will be confirmed based on the approved design.

iHotel offers plastic bottles in PET, PVC, PETG, and PE, and also provides eco-friendly bottles made from straw+PE in line with sustainability trends. Available shapes include cylindrical, flat, inverted, and various custom designs, meeting the diverse packaging needs of personal care and hospitality products.
